SIM Swap / Email Change Penalty

- Process ₦5,000 payment via eTranzact
- Confirm the swap/change is reflected
- Send you proof of successful penalty payment
Late O'Level Results Upload Penalty

- Process ₦5,000 eTranzact penalty payment
- Upload your WAEC/NECO result after penalty clearance
- Confirm upload success on JAMB CAPS

Q: Why do I have to pay these JAMB penalties?
A: JAMB introduced these fees for profile irregularities like using an unregistered email, changing your SIM card, or uploading O'Level results after the deadline. The penalties must be paid before you can access other JAMB services.
Q: Do I pay JAMB directly or through you?
A: We handle the entire payment process on your behalf. You pay us the total (₦8,000) which includes the ₦5,000 JAMB fee + our ₦3,000 service charge. We process the eTranzact payment on the JAMB portal for you.
Q: How long does it take?
A: Most penalty payments are processed within 30–60 minutes during business hours (8am–8pm). You will receive screenshot proof of payment from us.
Q: What details do I need to provide?
A: Your JAMB Registration Number, your Full Name (as on JAMB), your JAMB login email and password (kept strictly confidential), and a WhatsApp number to reach you.
